1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon (5 g) brown sugar
1/3 cup (85 ml) water
2 tablespoons (20 g) chopped roasted peanuts

Method
1. Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Cover it with plastic wrap and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
2. To make the fried tofu, season all-purpose flour with salt and pepper.
3. Coat the tofu cubes with the flour mixture. Spray with oil.
4. Preheat your Air Fryer to 390 F (180 C).
5. Place coated tofu in the cooking basket. Careful not to overcrowd them.
6. Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
